Professional Experience

Nathan studies all aspects of the real estate market, but has a special interest in new construction. In fact, he has designed and built 20 new single family homes and townhomes in the Silicon Valley since he started the land development company TD Thornton Group in 2005. Prior to working in real estate, Nathan worked as an environmental engineer for a large international consulting firm after a stint at the EPA. He is a licensed Civil Engineer and has a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Cal Poly - San Luis Obispo.

Personal Information

Nathan was born in Kentucky and is a huge college basketball fan. Go UK! He grew up in Maine, enjoys fly-fishing, skiing and soccer. Currently, Nathan and his wife Xiomara live in Sunnyvale with their daughter and yellow lab.
